Coaching Session Explanations

Because I too get anxious if I don’t know what to expect and am not prepared mentally and emotionally.

60-90 minute sessions

(Pearl Sessions 01-06)

(Diamond Sessions 01-06 + an extra session each for 02-05)

01 — Tell me Your Story

Now that you know my story and we’ve introduced ourselves over teatime, tell me a little more about yourself and why you’re here. I’m here to listen.

Purpose of this session is for us to learn how you see yourself, how you would like to see yourself, set a few soft goals* and how we think we can get there.

(*Realistic goals. You can’t change a lifetime of learned conditioning in just a few months. But we can begin to broaden our perspectives, understandings, and adjust the trajectory in which we go from today.)

02 — Diving/Digging Further

Following up on session one, we’ll explore why you might see yourself in the way you do, who or what your foundations are, any patterns or habits that help or hinder, and begin reflecting upon possible action plans to work on strengthening your foundations and building healthy, positive thinking habits.

03 — Exploring Foundations

The stronger the foundation, the higher you can build and the safer you’ll be. Think the three little pigs; and let’s put in a little more time and effort into ensuring your foundation is rock solid. What other foundation(s) or who else are the people or potential people who can help strengthen your foundation?

I’ll be asking you to submit any photos of people, pets, places or things you feel supported by that I can use to create your custom keepsake gifts. Also, for your favorite “pick me up” or “I can do this” song.

04 — Finding Pearls / Diamonds

Pearls are initially created when sand or other irritant causes the mollusk membrane to react and cover it as a protective measure. Layers upon layers over years it builds and grows. Diamonds are created through immense pressure and heat over a billion years. Which proves that even things that initially cause pain and may be our greatest source of discomfort, trauma or tension, can in time have made us create our greatest treasure. Let’s find those pearls or diamonds that have been created and bring them into the light. They’ll become your greatest strengths.

In this session we’ll explore all that there is to love about you. Then prioritize your soft goals and possibilities for action plans and put a few of them into action.

05 - Stringing Pearls / Diamonds

What now? Gems are beautiful but also roll away if not strung or mounted on something. How do you want to present yourself and your newly found pearls, diamonds? What will you do with them? How will you keep them up? What other challenges might lay ahead we can prepare for?

Let’s look a bit into the future and possibilities in this session. You’ll also be creating your own “motto or mantra” to live by.

06 - Presenting

The before and after. How do you see yourself now, how do you feel? Have we reached our goals? Wonderful if so! Discuss options if not yet.

You’ll present your motto/mantra. I’ll present your gifts, then incorporate your mantra and have them shipped directly to you. Don’t let me forget to take a photo of us together…on screen as best we can!

07 - Complimentary Follow up

I care about people and always wonder how they’re doing. You’re not just a client to me, but a beautiful soul I’ve had the honor of meeting. So let’s check in six months or a year from your last session, to see the impact the small adjustments in trajectory has made over time!
