Know yourself, love yourself, and shine from within.
I’m ugly. I’m not good enough. I’m not worthy, smart, outgoing or deserving enough. If you feel this way, then something somewhere along your journey has muddied and dulled the sparkle of your spirit or hidden it away. Every person is beautiful. Every person is worthy. Sometimes we just need to take a moment to practice a bit of self-care: to pause, and scrub and wash away the accumulated dirt and dust.
I am launching Harmonious Hearts with the hopes of giving introverted women like me a quiet and calm space to begin understanding themselves and perhaps peek through the layers of shields to find and cultivate their beauty within. Especially for middle aged women who are beginning to struggle with aging and trying to keep up “youthful beauty.” Aged beauty is deeper, brighter, and only improves year after year.
I will be posting one a day, the 30 or so “Peachings” or picture-teachings I have created for people over the years not so much as a spiritual counselor, but as a friend or coworker. May they become words of encouragement and hope for others seeking mental and emotional well-being.
