Health is the basis of everything
There was a lady who was a workaholic and didn’t take care of herself, saying she didn’t have the time. Unfortunately, the stress and strain manifested in the form of a serious illness. Bedridden and unable to work at all, she had to rethink her lifestyle as she now had to make time to care for herself.
There is the saying, “You don’t know what you have until you lose it.” Our health is one of those precious things we often overlook but is truly something that is the foundation for everything we can or cannot do. We are often reminded of this when we get sick.
